Power Nap: Allows you a deep 25 min. nap. This file works best when you’ve listened to Lazy Summer Day and have that instant sleep trigger installed, AND when you have a good sense of time. Some people listen to this and are asleep 23-27 minutes every time. Others sleep for an hour or more. Please make sure that you can test this out before you miss an important meeting, or something else!
